RETURN POLICY

Return Window: 5 Days from Purchase

Returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days of order receipt. No exceptions. After day 5, all sales are final.

 

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Defective or damaged items due to manufacturing (with photo proof)
  • Items that arrived completely different from product description

 

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Change of preference: Items returned due to personal preference or style dissatisfaction
  • Fit and sizing concerns: All garments include detailed measurement specifications and sizing guides prior to purchase
  • Color discrepancies: Variations in color appearance due to differences in lighting, monitor settings, and device displays
  • Fabric composition: Products include complete material and texture descriptions on the product page
  • Condition of item: Garments that have been worn, laundered, or tried on
  • Packaging damage: Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels that have been removed or damaged
  • Promotional purchases: Items purchased during sale periods, clearance events, or promotional pricing
  • Customized orders: Any items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made to specification
  • Time limitation: Purchases made more than 5 calendar days prior to return request initiation

 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Email photos of unused item with original tags within 5-day window
  2. Approval required before shipping back
  3. Customer pays return shipping
  4. Full refund issued.

 

EXCHANGES ONLY (No Returns)

If an item arrives defective, we'll replace it at no cost. No refunds, only exchanges for different sizes/colors.
